Do you have a business challenge that you would like to discuss with an HCL Informix expert? Need to collaborate on ideas or discuss the latest Informix features or roadmap? Let's connect.

My responsibility is focused on developing the overall strategy, execution and program management of our new Client Advocacy Program. I work closely with our customers and the HCL Informix product and support teams to help them collaborate and develop the right strategies for their business challenges. I'm passionate about helping my customers find the best solutions that will promote long term success.

I have 16 strong years in the telecommunications industry, and have held multiple roles at Sprint in Customer Engagement, Digital Product Management, Marketing, and Knowledge Management. With my enterprise experience, I  helped design and implement new applications and services to deliver solutions that met organizational goals and improved the overall customer experience and success programs. I am also an inventor on a U.S. Patent for a social knowledge management.

I am a native of Kansas City and am based out of our HCL Products & Platforms Informix Olathe office. When I am not learning about my clients business needs and challenges, I am  probably cheering on my two children or trying to find time to catch-up with my husband.

Let’s connect, shellyc@hcl.com. I am interested in hearing from you and helping you with your business requirements and needs.

First of all, I would like to congratulate Shelly for being able to have this job. I know that you will be doing great in fulfilling your responsibilities. I am actually dreaming to become a manager as well someday but since I have just started building my career, I know that I still have a long way to go. I know that I still need to learn a lot of things before I become what I want to be. But anyway, just so you know, Shelly is one of the people that I can consider as an inspiration because she was able to work her way up to achieve what needs to be achieved.
